I want an item that is out of stock, what can I do?
Some of our more popular items do run out of stock more quickly. You can be notified when it is back in stock by contacting us at hello@dolrm.com with the product name.

We can accept all major debit/credit cards including MasterCard, Eurocard, Visa, Amex, Diners, and Discover

Can I change the color or size of what I just ordered?
Unfortunately, in simple terms, nah. We can’t change or update an order once processed. However, if you ordered the wrong item, you can place the correct order and then reach out to customer service for instructions on how to proceed. Simply shoot us an email at hello@dolrm.com and include your order numbers.
I forgot to add an item to my order, can I make a change before it ships?
Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us immediately at hello@dolrm.com. We will do our best to consolidate the newly ordered items into your current shipment.

When will my order arrive?
Most orders are shipped via Standard Ground. Most orders will in arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders shipped via Expedited Shipping will arrive within 1-3 business days. You can view your order status by visiting your account page HERE.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive an Order Status Update email which includes the tracking number. You can also find this information by visiting your account page HERE.

We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii, however our system will not accurately calculate shipping costs. Please email us at hello@dolrm.com for the most accurate shipping costs to your area.
